Get trending Robinhood Chain tokens (without rugs and wash trading)

Get the Robinhood Chain tokens with the most real traders, plus top gainers and volume leaders with rugs and wash trading filtered out. Real API responses.

Short answer

Call GET /v1/robinhood/tokens?list=trending&window=24h. Tokens are ranked by unique traders weighted by volume, and only clean tokens qualify: no crash of 90%+ from the window's peak, $1,000+ liquidity, 20+ holders, no insider launch. Add clean=true to top_gainers or top_volume for the same checks. Anonymous plan.

GET /tokens

Trending on Crius means many different wallets buying and selling a token that hasn’t been rugged. The list ranks tokens by unique traders in a time window, weighted by volume, and leaves out anything that looks like a rug, wash trading or an insider launch. The same checks can be switched on for the other lists (top gainers, top volume, new tokens) with clean=true.

Top gainers without filters are mostly tokens that went from nothing to slightly more than nothing, or pumps that are already being dumped. With clean=true they get the trending checks.

  • LOBIN (0x75d874378ae31b33ab9e7a40b4dca96134221111) is up 3,763.75% with $28,561.2 of liquidity and 170 holders.
  • Pulse (0xf192dfffcc3bf99f48ed0602bb7c696b1ba8e7c0) is up 2,187.04% over 24 hours but down 71.9% over 6 hours (change_pct["6h"]: -71.9046). It still passes, because the crash rule is 90% below the window’s peak. Clean means “not rugged”, not “still going up”: read the shorter windows too.

What makes a token trend

A token is only listed in trending (or in any list with clean=true) when all of these hold for the chosen window:

Tokens that pass are ranked by traders × log10(volume). That is why NVIDIA, with the most volume in the sample, ranks below two tokens with more traders.

The other lists rank differently:

  • top_volume: dollar volume in the window. Add clean=true for “volume leaders without rugs or wash trading”.
  • top_gainers / top_losers: price change in the window. They skip tokens with under $1,000 of liquidity unless you set min_liquidity_usd yourself.
  • All of them take the same filters as the other lists: launchpad, quote, min_liquidity_usd, min_volume_usd, min_market_cap_usd, max_market_cap_usd.

Use it in your app

  1. Pick the window your users think in. A trading terminal wants 5m or 1h; a daily digest wants 24h. Without window, trending uses 1h.

  2. Show the reason a token is there. traders, buyers and sellers for the window explain the rank better than price change does.

  3. Add clean=true to every other list you show. Gainers and volume leaders are where rugs and wash trading surface first.

  4. Refresh every few seconds, not every request. Lists are recomputed continuously; one poller feeding your users is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Which Robinhood Chain tokens are trending?

Call GET https://api.crius.sh/v1/robinhood/tokens?list=trending&window=24h for the live answer. In the sample on this page the top three were Pizza (PIZZA) with 5,197 traders in 24 hours, Artificial Inu (AI, a Long.xyz token) with 4,132, and the NVIDIA stock token with 3,519.

How is trending ranked?

By the number of unique traders in the window, weighted by the logarithm of the window's volume. A token with many different wallets trading beats one with more dollars from fewer wallets, so a few whales or a wash-trading bot can't buy the top spot.

Why isn't a token with huge volume trending?

It failed one of the quality checks: its price fell more than 90% from its peak in the window, it has under $1,000 of liquidity, under 20 holders, fewer holders than 10% of its traders (wash trading), an insider launch or wallet farm, a bot-distributed supply, or one wallet holding 40%+ of the liquidity unlocked. Check it with /security.

What window does trending use?

1h when you don't pass one. Set window to 5m, 1h, 4h, 6h or 24h (also 1s, 30s, 1m); meta.window in the response confirms the one used.

What's the difference between trending, top_volume and top_gainers?

trending ranks by traders and always applies the quality checks. top_volume ranks by dollar volume and top_gainers by price change, and neither filters unless you add clean=true.
