Its bonding curves are priced in **tokenized stocks** instead of ETH: every token is paired with SPCX, BABA or SKHY from launch, and buyers pay in that stock (or in ETH or USDG, converted on the way in). The factory deploys the token through the TokenDeployer, creates a BondingCurve clone and emits `Launched`, which already contains the v4 pool the token will graduate into. Crius attributes the token from that event. 2. **Bonding.** Trades go to the curve and are priced in the stock. Each trade pays the 1% base fee (plus any creator tax and, in the first 7 seconds, the snipe fee); the creator’s share collects in the FeeEscrow and the rest goes to the protocol’s Safe. Tokens can’t be transferred outside the curve yet. 3. **Graduation.** The buy that takes the last curve tokens triggers graduation: the token moves into the v4 pool fixed at launch with its pool supply of tokens, and that liquidity is locked permanently. If the launch had a charter drop, those tokens go to the CharterDrop contract for $STANDARD charter holders. 4. **After graduation.** The LaunchHook charges the same fee on pool swaps. Crius indexes the v4 pool swaps directly. The first launch, Kimchi (`0x92de9d3888953f3c6a55840f189c409976d9bba1`, block 88,527,856, paired with SKHY), sold 770 million tokens on its curve and put 220 million into its pool. The launchpad id is `standard_reserve`, with an underscore. **Why are King of the Markets tokens priced in stock tokens?** Each curve is denominated in one listed stock token: SPCX, BABA or SKHY. Buyers can pay with ETH or USDG through the LaunchRouter, which converts to the stock in the same transaction. Crius reports `quote` as the stock and converts `price_usd` through the stock token's own pools. **When does a King of the Markets token graduate?** When its curve sells its last tokens. The buy that empties the curve triggers `Graduated` on the LaunchFactory, and the token moves into a Uniswap v4 pool (fee 0, tick spacing 200, hook LaunchHook) whose id was fixed at launch. The liquidity is locked permanently.
